Hexa Group of Companies is one of the commercial and industrial enterprises in the polymer materials market. Manufactured products are used in various sectors of the national economy: health and hygiene, construction of houses and roads, housing and communal services (landscaping), furniture and clothing production, farming and agriculture.

The basis for the production of Hexa GC is an extusional method for processing polymers, which includes the technology of making spandbond nonwoven fabrics (from the English Spun bond - "thread bond"), flat polymer threads, polymer sheets, lamination, as well as the use of flexo printing technologies, weaving (spinning), welding polymer materials using thermal and ultrasound, thermoforming, perforation, rewinding, packaging. Primary raw materials - mainly polypropylene, polyethylene - petrochemical products.

The plants that make up the company have closed-cycle processes with autonomous water supply. Waste is regulated and recycled.

History

2025: ₽1 Billion Plant Launch for Geosynthetic Materials for Construction

The resident of the special economic zone "Lotus" in the Astrakhan region - the plant "Hexa-Lotus" - invested about ₽1 billion in the development of the production of geosynthetic materials. The enterprise already has two production stages, the launch of serial production in the third stage is scheduled for February 2026.
