2023: Building a Company

On August 8, 2023, it became known that a new developer appeared on the Russian market electronic engineers - the Highly Reliable Systems company. Its main owner is a manufacturer of equipment closely IVC associated with the company "."BASEALT

According to CNews, the company "Highly Reliable Systems" ("VN-Systems") was registered on May 22, 2023 in Elektrostal - near Moscow. The CEO is Alim Mustafin. The main part (51% of the shares) belongs to Information Implementation Company JSC (IVC), which is associated with the developer of Linux Alt "BASEALT" OS.

A new electronics developer has appeared on the Russian market

"VN-systems," as expected, will be engaged in the production of boards and computer equipment. IVK, as of the beginning of August 2023, has production facilities in Elektrostal. This site is equipped with the Daifuku conveyor line (Japan), and the capacity of the assembly line reaches 300 thousand units per year. The company manufactures servers and storage systems, as well as software and hardware complexes for ensuring information security.

CNews notes that the general director of the main owner of VN-system is Grigory Sizonenko, who is the general director and one of the founders of Financial Support Agency LLC. This company owns 73% of the shares of BASEALT LLC. Sizonenko also owns an 8% stake in the VN-system. Among the founders of "BASEALT" in the list of owners of "VN-system" is Ivan Korovin, who owns 12.5% of the company. The other founders of the "VN-system" are Alexander Klokov (12.5%) and 8% each belong to Vladimir Chepko and Ekaterina Petrova.

IVK plans to expand the range of manufactured electronics and increase the capacity of its own plant. This is due to the import substitution program, the implementation of which was activated in the current geopolitical situation.[1]
