Hipoteku Banka

The state joint-stock company Latvijas Hipoteku un zemes banka (Hipoteku Banka) was founded in 1993 by the government of the Republic of Latvia. Today Hipoteku banka - the only commercial bank in Latvia which is completely belonging to the state. On specifics of work and a contribution to development of the national economy of Hipoteku banka it is considered the successor of traditions and the successor of activity of the Latvian national banks. At present the bank has branches in different regions of Latvia; servicing clients on all territory of the country. Going in step with development of the financial world, Hipoteku banka takes active part in activity of the different Latvian and international non-state organizations, and continuously performs upgrade and improvement of the branches.
