Hopper IT LLC (earlier Rospartner, Razvitiye objedineny servisnogo partnerstva LLC) works in two directions — configures processes in the companies on efficiency and maintains "health" of IT systems, saving commands from a routine using automation. Is at the same time system integrator and the developer of IT solutions.

Activities

As of August, 2020:

• The Office direction automates business processes, customizes CRM, management systems for sales, accounting of the budget and control of labor costs and also helps to manage communications and knowledge in the companies. The implemented solutions — Bitrix 24, Jira, Uniform.
• The Service direction specializes in support of web portals and corporate business applications, allowing to avoid losses from failures in work of IT infrastructures. Provides business with the round-the-clock monitoring of IT systems, technical support and user support.

History

2020: Change of the name with Hopper of IT

On July 22, 2020 the name of the Rospartner LLC organization ("Development of Associations of Service Partnership") was changed to Hopper IT LLC.

2019: Selection of Monk Didzhital Lab LLC from Rospartner

In October, 2019 from Rospartner company the Monk Didzhital Lab LLC company developing the product MONQ – the AIOps-platform (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) for UX monitoring and the automated Incident Management was selected. Nikolay Ganyushkin who at that time was also a founder of Rospartner became the founder and the CEO of Monk Didzhital Lab LLC.

2018

According to information for 2018, the company was engaged in development, implementation and service of different information systems. From corporate portals (on the platform Bitrix) to complex systems of business process management. The company located the laboratories of artificial intelligence, software development of applied electronics and information science (development of smart bracelets Safe school). And also was engaged in development of portals of state agencies, commercial structures.
