Hot-WiFi — the Russian developer of the marketing platform which is intended for the analysis of Big Data about users for the purpose of attraction and customer retention for business. Service can show to guests of starting the stock and a special offer, to brand homepages of connection, to collect responses and contacts of visitors, to sign guests of an institution on groups in social networks, to execute the law on obligatory identification of users of WiFi-network. Also Hot-WiFi helps to monitor conversion of outdoor advertizing.

History

2020: Entry into the market of the UAE

In the middle of March, 2020 it became known of entry of Hot-WiFi company into the market of the UAE. The company opened representation in Dubai and began to be engaged in the region in development of guest marketing WiFi-network "Hotspot" and to measure efficiency of outdoor advertizing.

As the founder of the company Dmitry Stepanenko and the CEO of the partner of Hot-WiFi – the developer of automation systems for hotels and a public catering of iiko Middle East Leonid Komissarov told Vedomosti, signing of the contracts with 10 clients in the UAE, mainly with restaurateurs is planned. The names of customers are not told.

According to Stepanenko, Hot-WiFi offers them both creation of wireless networks, and a special tool for accounting of the devices connected to them (it is necessary, in particular, for measurement of efficiency of mobile advertizing). The restaurant market in the UAE is very competitive, owners of institutions are interested in collection of data on clients in the marketing purposes, Komissarov reported.

To the middle of March, 2020 of Hot-WiFi works in 13 countries, including in the UAE, Canada and Britain, Dmitry Stepanenko specified in a conversation with the newspaper.

Before entry into the market of the UAE Hot-WiFi and iiko Middle East investigated the regional market of corporate Wi-Fi and estimated it approximately at $200-300 million.[1]
