The i-Retail company was created in 2016, sales started in January, 2017. The i-Retail project is the software creating full-fledged omnichannel service for management online and offline sales in the sector of small and medium business. In an asset of the project already about 10 thousand partners worldwide.

i-Retail works with retailers of Russia, Western Europe and also Egypt, Africa and Iran. The chief founder and the investor of service Kirill Voytsekhovich-Kazantsev is known as the creator of a number of projects: it and the payment platform of Empay sold afterwards QIWI, and Amega inform service which was redeemed by Beeline company later, and the cloud telecom operator of Clickphone.net.

History

2017: The investment attraction from Sinar's Group

The i-Retail company announced on September 26, 2017 attraction of 120 million rubles. Sinar's Group integrating 18 enterprises of different industry orientation acted as the investor (including, investment company). According to the results of the transaction the new investor possesses 24.99% of i-Retail. 75.01% own the founder of the company Kirill Voytsekhovich-Kazantsev. The received means will go for expansion of business i-Retail, sales promotion and development of the platform.

Main product of i-Retail — a complex of the software and the cash equipment which integrates cloud cash desk, the payment terminal, electronic directories of goods, stock count and the CRM system. The solution allows to manage all sales channels of the retail enterprise as offline, and online.

At the market of online cash desks — high potential, and requirements of 54 Federal Laws — not the only reason for that. We observe growth of small and medium retail business which looks for opportunities to compete with large formats. For this purpose it needs means of analytics and sales increase, qualitative and adequate at the price, which are put in the cash register equipment of new generation. We analyzed all solutions which are available in the market and stopped the choice on i-Retail company as its product responds to this request for 100%. And an opportunity to receive all services does its offer of a cloud also economically attractive to users, Mikhail Hodorovsky, the CEO of Group Sinara commented on the transaction.

At the time of receiving investments in September, 2017 the number of clients of i-Retail was 7000. The company grows on average for 35-40% a month. In plans of the company for the next two years — to increase number of clients up to 70 thousand.
