ICL-KPO of AF (plant)

The plant will be engaged in development and production of the computer equipment — personal computers, notebooks, servers, switches and other products, including products of industrial electronics, for example, computers for cars. It is expected that the total production capacity of the enterprise will be one million products a year.

Arrangement

Construction of the new plant on production of industrial electronics is planned in 3 queues and is conducted on section of 7.4 hectares (for comparison, the Kraftway plant in Obninsk situated near Moscow occupies the territory of 6 hectares). Section is in the Laishevsky district of Tatarstan (within the settlement of Usada) and belongs to NPO VS company (enters into AF ICL-KPO group) on the lease right.

Construction stages

Construction of the plant is planned in 3 queues. In the built-up territory construction is planned:

• Two administrative buildings (engineering centers). The area of two buildings - 10600 sq.m.
• Three production and warehouse body. Total area - 13674.9 sq.m.

For comparison, the total area of Kraftway - 22 thousand sq.m (including administrative buildings).

The first stage

The first stage of the plant put in 2012 includes:

• One building is production a warehouse complex. The building is production a warehouse complex is intended for carrying out a complex of works on assembly to warehousing and sale of a computer hardware. Construction is conducted at the expense of own means of AF ICL-KPO group.
• The building of the engineering center represents the administrative building three-storeyed, of 5300 sq.m. The center is intended for accommodation of highly skilled engineering personnel in quantity up to 400 people.

AF ICL-KPO company announced in April, 2013 start of the first stage of the plant on production of ADP equipment in the settlement of Usady of Laishevsky district.

Production capacity

Production capacity of each queue is up to 350 thousand products a year. Total power - 1 million products a year (the Kraftway plant has similar power).

Costs

As a part of the first stage commissioning of objects of engineering infrastructure is planned for total amount about 120 million rubles including:

• electric networks;
• water and sewer networks with the device of a system of biological sewage treatment,

design and construction of the gas boiler house and network of heat supply;

• accomplishment of improvement of the territory of building in volume of not less than 1/3 parts of the land plot.

The total amount of the financing necessary for implementation of construction of the first stage, up to 600 million rubles. As explained in ICL-KPO of AF, these are own company funds and credit resources. Its production capacity is equal to 300 thousand products a year.

• Production for customers of ICL-KPO of AF,
• Production for customers of NPO VS,
• Contract assembly manufacturing by orders of third parties for world leading manufacturers (Fujitsu Technology Solutions, Dell, Acer, etc.) and the Russian companies.

Employees

Construction of the plant will give the chance to organize new jobs. According to forecasts of May, 2012:

• Directly on production from 70 new jobs in 2013 up to 300-500 jobs by 2017;
• In a segment of system integration up to 1000 jobs by 2017.
