2024: Revenue growth by 80% to RUB 2.9 billion

As TAdviser found out in early December 2025, ICL Soft, a company specializing in custom software development, showed revenue of 2.9 billion rubles at the end of 2024. The growth compared to the previous year was about 80%.

The performance indicators of the organization (JSC "ICL") are contained in the database of the State Information Resource of Accounting (Financial) Reporting. It is reported that the cost of sales on an annualized basis increased by 5.6% - from 1.12 billion rubles to 1.18 billion rubles. Commercial expenses fell by about half, amounting to 8.82 million rubles against 18.37 million rubles in 2023. Management expenses decreased by 44.2% - from 120.78 million rubles to 67.38 million rubles. Under the article "other income," a drop of 92.1% was recorded - from 352.82 million rubles to 27.79 million rubles. Other expenses decreased from 399.84 million rubles to 77.1 million rubles, that is, by 80.7%.

Sales of products, goods, works and services provided 851.47 million rubles against 1.01 billion rubles in 2023, which corresponds to a drop of 15.8%. Revenues from lease payments, license payments, royalties, commissions and other similar payments jumped by 129.4% - from 47.34 million rubles to 108.59 million rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services decreased by 22.1% - from 667.97 million rubles to 520.35 million rubles. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of employees showed an increase of 14.9% - from 245 million rubles to 281.4 million rubles.

The company's gross profit fell more than twice, amounting to 114.93 million rubles against 250.78 million rubles in 2023. Profit from sales decreased by 65.3% - from 111.63 million rubles to 38.73 million rubles. Net profit decreased from 72.57 million rubles to 33.03 million rubles - by 54.5%.^[1]
