The IDS Borjomi Ukraine company is the producer, the supplier of natural mineral waters. The company is a part of IDS Borjomi International company.

History

2015

At the beginning of 2015 the company changed the name to IDS Borjomi Ukraine to unify style with IDS Borjomi International company and to emphasize compliance to international standards. For the period the activity in Ukraine IDS Borjomi International performed serious investments into market development of mineral waters, in particular, the new plant in Morshin, the most modern in the former USSR was constructed, producers of the Truskavets waters (the well-known Truskavets brand) are consolidated. Such brands as Morshinskaya, Mirgorodskaya, Borjomi won the leading positions in the Ukrainian market. Thus, in the Ukrainian market of bottled waters the powerful player with a market share about 30% was created. IDS Group Ukraine Old Myrgorod, Alaska makes natural min. waters at 4 plants located in different regions of the country (in Myrgorod, Morshin, Truskavets and Naked Pier of the Kherson region), under brands which take the leading positions in the national market – Morshinsky, Mirgorod, Truskavets; provides the distribution of products of products manufactured in Ukraine and also import and distribution of products of the Georgian division of the Company – the Borjomi mineral water. Within IDS Borjomi Ukraine the division on water delivery to consumers to the house and in offices ("IDS Akwa Service") which makes and delivers water under the Alaska and Old Myrgorod brands and is the leader and the only national player in this segment works.

2012

In May, 2012 based on audit the Morshinsky plant of the Oscar mineral waters received the certificate of DQS-UL Group company (Germany) and UKRSEPRO (Ukraine) which confirmed compliance of the quality system of the enterprise to requirements of ISO standards 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005. It is the certificate that the quality of production at the plant conforms to high international standards and requirements.

2011

In the fall of 2011 the IDS Group Ukraine company expanded the range of the Morshinsky plant of the Oscar mineral waters and started new convenient packaging of 0.33 l. for TM "Morshinskaya". The decision on start of the new line was made based on a research of public consumption trends of water and changes of preferences of the consumers connected with convenience of packaging. Proceeding from the revealed trends, IDS Group Ukraine as the expert in quality of natural mineral waters offered consumers new quality products.

2010

In 2010 the IDS Group Ukraine company invested about 4.6 million euros in start of a modern filling line of water at the Morshinsky plant of the Oscar mineral waters. Power of the new line of the leading European manufacturer "Krones" (Germany) - 30 thousand. PET-bottles (1.5 l) per hour. Technical retrofitting allowed to increase production capacities of the enterprise by 30% that was caused by increase in demand for water of TM "Morshinskaya" among the Ukrainian consumers. By the sizes these financial injections became the most considerable of those which were performed in the nonalcoholic industry of Ukraine in 2010.

2008

In 2008 IDS Group Ukraine completed process of consolidation of separate productions on a spill of the Truskavets water and created on their basis the uniform enterprise – the Truskavets plant of mineral waters.

2004

At the end of 2004 acquisition proizvoditelelya and the distributor TM "Morshinskaya"-Morshinsky of the plant of the Oscar mineral waters and distribution company "IDS Akwa Service" which were merged into IDS Group Ukraine and MZMV within IDS Group Ukraine was complete. In the fall of 2004 the merge was announced by two leaders of the Ukrainian market of mineral waters: IDS Group Ukraine– the partner of the Mirgorod plant of mineral waters, and the Morshinsky plant of the Oscar mineral waters with the distributor "IDS Akwa Service". Merge of two leading companies created the group, largest in Ukraine, with the powerful production base and own distributive network which does not have analogs till today.

2003

In April the 2003rd year the Ukrainian company IDS Group Ukraine which at that time included the producer, largest in Ukraine, - the Mirgorod plant of mineral waters and powerful distributive network of drinking waters and other drinks becomes a part of IDS Borjomi International group.

1996: Creation of the company

In 1996 the "Industrial and Distributive Systems" Private company (IDS Ltd, further - IDS Group Ukraine) as the company distributor of the consumer goods was founded. In the same, 1996 the foundation of strategic partnership of IDS Group Ukraine and Mirgorod Plant of Mineral Waters (MPMW) was laid. Consolidation of the famous producer and powerful distributive network (8 own branches and about 60 main distributors) provided to the new created consolidation a market leadership of mineral waters of Ukraine. In the 1996th the company Nova is created (Nova, further "IDS Akwa Service") there is a distributor of the Morshinsky plant of the Oscar mineral waters. During 1996-2004 "IDS Akwa Service" is engaged in direct distribution of the Morshinskaya mineral water In the 1996th the Morshinsky plant of the Oscar mineral waters is registered. The previous year its first workshop of 300 sq.m where the line on a flood of mineral water releasing 300 bottles per hour is set is started.
