Activity

Products and services of holding are generally focused on the energy sector of the industry. The main production capacities are located in Technopolice "INVENT" in the suburb of Kazan. There are production sites in of Kazan, N. Boats, Zainsk, Urussu.

The main activities of INVENT Group include:

• Production of cable and conduction products (Tatkabel);
• Production of electrotechnical products (INVENT-Elektro);
• Production of heat-insulated pipes (TTI);
• Infrastructure construction of power and other industrial facilities (INVENT-Tekhnostroy).

The system of the organization of business processes of INVENT LLC conforms to the ISO 9001:2008 standards and service station Gazprom 9001-2006. Products and a quality management system of the enterprises of INVENT Group are certified according to the international standard ISO 9001:2008, there are all necessary licenses for carrying out engineering and installation and construction works.

Production

Production is performed on the modern equipment on the latest technologies. Quality and reliability – the main priorities of INVENT Group. Only highly qualified specialists work at the enterprises of group, new developments and technical solutions are constantly implemented.

History

Formation of group began with opening of electrotechnical productions. One of the first created TATEK Ltd ("The Tatarstan electrotechnical company") and UEMZ LLC (the Urussinsky electromechanical plant"). "TATEK" according to the license of the French company "Schneider Electric" makes block integral transformer substations with power from 100 to 1250 kVA. The Integral Transformer Substations (ITS) are made on "UEMZ", and their main application – power supply of localities of rural areas, construction objects which electricity consumption is insignificant.

Afterwards INVENT Group founded the production Technopolice near Kazan. One of the first in the territory of Technopolice constructed the INVENT-Elektro plant (earlier - Eltekhnika-Volga) which is engaged in equipment manufacturing of medium and low tension and block integral transformer substations which are completed with cells of medium and low tension. Besides, INVENT-Elektro LLC developed equipment manufacturing which plays an important role in energy saving. These are installations of reactive power compensation (0.4 kV and 6 (10) kV) and also control stations with frequency transformers (ChRP). Now "INVENT-Elektro" is a large electrotechnical division of group which part Tatek and "UEMZ" also were.

In INVENT holding stands "TTI" alone - the plant on release of the preisolated pipes and a fitting which are widely used when laying pipelines of hot water supply. Products of the plant already got recognition not only specialists of power supply system of the Republic of Tatarstan, but covered also other regions of the Russian Federation (Moscow and the Moscow region, the Ural and Siberian federal districts) and also Republic of Belarus.

In the territory of Technopolice "INVENT" the largest enterprise on production of cable and conduction products created in Russia for the last 40 years - the Tatkabel plant is also located.

On production volumes Tatkabel is included into the five of the largest cable plants of Russia, and according to the product range (all range of a cable of power appointment up to 330 kV inclusive), to the production technology and costs the plant has no analogs in the Russian Federation.

Its uniqueness is that it is the only producer of a high-voltage cable of 330 kV in Russia and also a cable on 220 kV of wide section (up to 2500 sq. mm.). This cable was delivered to our country from abroad. However today Tatkabel is able to provide domestic consumers with these hi-tech types of a cable and to play an important role in the import substitution program.

INVENT Group also includes large construction and engineering division INVENT-Tekhnostroy which performs the whole complex of works: infrastructure construction, repair and reconstruction of the power transmission line of 110 kV and above, cable lines, power plants and substations, thermal networks, objects of a petrochemical complex.

Besides, production capacities of group are supported with the companies of resource base. Stroykommash makes anchor and angular and suspension lattice towers of the power transmission line of 35-330 kV, cable reels, the equipment for the construction industry. ZZMK-Timer is engaged in production of metalwork, typing for regenerative air preheaters. "RISD" executes a full range of services in construction of roads and pavings, beginning from preparation of the basis before laying of an asphalt concrete covering. Tagum is engaged in collecting and processing of scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

INVENT Group conducts active work in the development areas and productions of the energy saving equipment, in 2009 INVENT Group became the winner of a review competition on program implementation "Energy efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2006-2010".

All enterprises of INVENT Group are integrated by the uniform purpose and the development strategy. Modern production technologies and management in combination with synergy effect which is result of consolidation of the enterprises in group allow "INVENT" to take the leading positions in the market.
