ISACA Information Systems Audit and Control Association

ISACA - the international IT professional association interacting with the government. Earlier known as Information Systems Audit and Control Association, researches the most different areas of the industry of IT and also audit and consulting.

ISACA association – the international provider of knowledge, certifications, communities and training in audit areas and security of information systems, the corporate management and information technology management, IT risks and compliance to requirements. The association is founded in 1969 and integrates more than 110 thousand specialists in 165 countries.

The Moscow department of ISACA was organized in 2000, is official representative office of ISACA association in the territory of Russia and at the moment integrates more than 400 professionals.

The association is focused on audit, security and management of IT and also provides certifications:

• The auditor of information systems (Certified Information Systems Auditor - CISA)
• The manager of information security (Certified Information Security Manager - CISM)
• on management of corporate IT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT - CGEIT)
• on risk management of use of information systems (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control - CRISC).

2016: ISACA absorbs CMMI Insitute

ISACA is international association of professionals in the field of management of IT, known for much on COBIT, – announced CMMI Institute acquisition – to the organization which is engaged in development of models of improvement of the processes based on maturity assessment. CMMI Institute will continue to work under the brand as child structure as a part of ISACA.
