2025: Seizure of documents

Five cases of development of sepsis after the in vitro fertilization procedure became the reason for an unscheduled inspection of the I am healthy clinic in Moscow in March 2025. According to Roszdravnadzor, complications arose in patients undergoing treatment at an institution registered with the legal entity Algorithm Plus LLC. As part of the field inspection, the territorial body of the department seized medical documentation, drugs and used medical devices.

According to Vademecum, the check was carried out at the request of the prosecutor's office in connection with "information about harm to the life and health of citizens when providing medical services in the clinic" I am healthy. " According to the press service of the regulator, the seized medical documents are aimed at conducting an examination on the quality of medical care, and drugs and medical devices have been transferred to expert organizations to check their effectiveness and safety. Currently, examinations are ongoing.

In early February 2025, the Moscow Rospotrebnadzor Office temporarily suspended the work of the clinic "I am healthy" due to information about cases of sepsis in patients after operations. According to media reports, at least five women were injured, one of whom was in an artificial coma.

Investigative Committee Russia in Moscow, he opened a criminal case on this fact, but the article of the Criminal Code and possible defendants in the department were not named. The territorial body Roszdravnadzor for Moscow and the Moscow region at that time also announced the start of checking the quality of medical care for women in a private metropolitan clinic.

According to Rusprofile, on February 26, 2025, enforcement proceedings were opened against Algorithm Plus LLC in order to administratively suspend the activities of a legal entity. Later, on March 18, it was completed, which may indicate the resumption of the clinic's activities after the elimination of the identified violations.^[1]
