History

2020: The first adjudication to the employee for fraud

On July 13, 2020 in Khabarovsk pronounced the first verdict on the pseudo-medical centers "Ideal" where nonexistent diseases treated.

The central district court of Khabarovsk sentenced to three years of imprisonment conditionally 33-year-old local resident found guilty of commission of crimes according to Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the fraud committed by organized group or in especially large size).

The sentence is pronounced to the employee of the medical center which deceived 8 thousand patients for 100 million rubles

According to court's decision, the woman, being the manager of sales department of the "psevomeditsinsky" center "Ideal", took part in commission of 37 crimes during the period from May to December, 2018 connected with racketing of 4 million rubles at clients. The swindler carried out primary reception of citizens, made "diagnostics" fortunes of their health using the device of household purpose of Multiskan, set at them nonexistent "diseases" and convinced of need of urgent treatment.

Also the court in full satisfied civil actions of the victims about compensation of damage. The total quantity of the speculators who were injured from group reached 8 thousand people, about 100 million rubles were stolen from them.

2016-2018: Organization of the criminal scheme

According to the prosecutor's office of Khabarovsk Krai, from October, 2016 to December of the 2018th in Khabarovsk worked organized group which abducted at people money under the guise of rendering medical services. So, swindlers enticed clients into the pseudo-medical centers working under the name "Ideal", aggressive advertizing and call-down, offering free medical inspection.

Then at clients "revealed" by means of some household appliances not held for use in medicine, and convinced the invented diseases which were injured available at them and need of urgent treatment.[1]
