Ilsky Oil Refinery LLC is one of the leading production complexes of the oil refining industry in Russia, located near the village. Ilsky, Seversky District, Krasnodar Territory and is part of the Kuban Oil and Gas Company. The production specializes in the production of gasoline fraction, straight-run gasoline of export process, diesel fuel, low-viscosity marine fuel, fuel M-40 fuel oil, M-100 II and III types.

Performance indicators

2024: 15-fold loss growth to 38.3 billion rubles

As TAdviser found out at the end of September 2025, the Ilsky refinery, located in the Krasnodar Territory, suffered a net loss of 38.35 billion rubles at the end of 2024. This is almost 15 times more than in the previous year, when the company's losses amounted to 2.64 billion rubles. The loss from sales reached 16.45 billion rubles, while in 2023 the profit from sales was shown at 8.33 billion rubles.

The revenue of the Ilsky refinery for the year increased by 1% - from 201.64 billion rubles to 203.72 billion rubles. The cost of sales rose by 17.6%, amounting to 204.79 billion rubles against 174.13 billion rubles in 2023. Commercial expenses decreased by a quarter - from 14.02 billion rubles to 10.53 billion rubles, while management expenses fell by 5.7% - from 5.15 billion rubles to 4.85 billion rubles. Other revenues soared by 232.2%, reaching 836.43 million rubles against 251.82 million rubles in 2023. Other expenses increased by 177.2% - from 6.89 billion rubles to 19.1 billion rubles.

Sales of products, goods, works and services in 2024 brought 215.13 billion rubles: this is 3.5% less than the previous year, when the figure was 222.94 billion rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services increased by 1.1% - from 216.24 billion rubles to 218.66 billion rubles. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of workers decreased by about a quarter - from 3.46 billion rubles to 2.56 billion rubles.

As of December 31, 2024, receivables are indicated in the amount of 35.31 billion rubles, which is a third less than the previous year (52.95 billion rubles). At the same time, accounts payable jumped by 127.2% - from 35.88 billion rubles to 81.52 billion rubles. The amount of borrowed funds on an annualized basis increased by 2.3% - from 46.52 billion rubles to 47.57 billion rubles.^[1]

History

2025: Transferred to the control of Orion

One of the largest oil refining enterprises in the south of Russia - the Ilsky refinery (KNGK-INPZ LLC, Krasnodar Territory) - changed its owner. The entry appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in September 2025. 100% of the authorized capital of KNGK-INPZ now belongs to Moscow Orion LLC, which is engaged in the wholesale of other machines and equipment, works according to the USN. The company was registered in January 2024, the general director and owner is Anastasia Puchkova. The company's revenues in 2024 amounted to ₽239 thousand, expenses - ₽501 thousand.^[2]
