2018: 126 websites with a compromising evidence on clients of the company are blocked

By February, 2018 the lawyer bureau "Ilyashev and Partners" achieved in courts of blocking of 126 websites placing information compromising their clients. The lawyer of bureau Dmitry Konstantinov told about it.

Blocking were performed within three legal claims submitted by lawyers "Ilyashev and partners". Who were clients of bureau and what websites underwent blocking, in "Ilyashev and partners" do not open.

Lawyers only say that among the blocked websites there were no federal media, but so-called "yellow media" underwent them^[1]. It is known that earlier among the resources placing the exposing materials under blocking got "Компромат.ру", Moscow Post, Crime Russia and other websites.

The technology of blocking looks as follows. The affected party (individual) takes with the claim district court against the websites which placed about it the compromising information.

Then the court takes out determination about interim measures with which in compliance certain resources should be blocked. The important point consists that determination about interim measures can concern not only those websites against which claims are submitted.

Persons concerning which interim measures are entered even shall not be notified on submission of the claim. But then, after acceptance of determination about interim measures, these persons should be involved in the claim as defendants.

Determination about interim measures is accepted by court usually within five-six days. On pronouncement of the solution on a being of the claim at court five-six months usually leave.
