2024: Hotel Sale
Gazprom in September 2024 sold the five-star Imperial Park Hotel & SPA in New Moscow. The object was sold for ₽3,6 billion at the end of the auction, which was won by Agrokom Holding LLC, owned by businessman Kiryaki Savvidi. However, the starting price at the auction was set at ₽6 billion. The sale took place as part of the process of optimizing Gazprom's assets in Moscow and the Moscow region in connection with the company's move to St. Petersburg.
According to Interfax, the second participant in the auction, FREGAT-2000 LLC, did not submit price offers, which ensured the victory of Agrocom Holding. The bidding protocol confirms that the contract will be concluded with the winner based on the results of the official summing up.
Located on 33 hectares, Imperial Park Hotel & SPA includes 139 rooms, the interior of which is made in the style of the 18th century palace decoration. The complex is also equipped with three restaurants, its own brewery, a spacious business center covering 4,200 square meters, as well as a karaoke art club, SPA club with a swimming pool, baths and a beauty salon. There is a bowling alley, shooting range, gym and other sports and entertainment facilities for recreation and entertainment. At one time, Imperial Park Hotel & SPA became the first "five-star" hotel in the Moscow region.
It is noteworthy that the sale of Imperial Park Hotel & SPA is associated with the ongoing process of Gazprom's move to St. Petersburg. This process began more than ten years ago with the move of a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft. At the moment (September 2024), the head office of PJSC Gazprom is already registered in the Lakhta Center on the shore of the Gulf of Finland. Putting up for sale properties in Moscow and the Moscow region, including the Imperial Park Hotel & SPA, is part of completing this process.[1]
