Approach of In2effect is based on business process optimization on methodology of Lean Six Sigma which received the name at combined use of a technique "Six sigma" (Six Sigma) and the concept of lean production (Lean manufacturing).

Lean Six Sigma is well structured methodology directed to elimination of defects and problem solving of quality control for different spheres of business. This approach allows to find and exclude the reasons of errors or defects in business processes by concentration on parameters, crucial for the consumer. The methodology relies on a combination of statistical techniques of quality control, different methods of data analysis and the system of permanent advanced training of the specialists involved in the processes organized taking into account Lean Six Sigma.
