2025: Launch of the fourth stage of digital industrial co-working space worth 1.2 billion rubles
In December 2025, the fourth stage of the Industrial City digital industrial co-working space was commissioned in the Solnechnogorsk city district of the Moscow region. Project financing reached 1.2 billion rubles.
Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region Yekaterina Zinovieva said that the implementation of this queue will create at least 300 new jobs for residents of Solnechnogorsk, including positions for highly qualified specialists.
The facility is located on the territory of the Esipovo industrial park. The launch was carried out by the Construction Alliance holding (XSA), a large company specializing in the light industrial format (the construction of modern facilities for production and logistics). As part of the fourth stage, a new architectural concept URBAN was used. It implies the construction of free-standing industrial buildings with a unique author's design, each with an area of about 4.5 thousand square meters. meters.
KSA partner Artem Petrukhin explained that these buildings are given an expressive visual appearance. According to him, the design features of the project include ceilings with a useful height of 10 m and a floor capable of withstanding a load of up to 6 tons. In total, it is planned to build five queues of coworking in the Esipovo industrial park. Their total area will exceed 150 thousand square meters. m.
