2024: Construction of industrial co-working space for 2.5 billion rubles

In September 2024, it became known that the construction of the fourth stage of digital industrial co-working space on the territory of the Esipovo industrial park was completed in the Solnechnogorsk urban district of the Moscow region. The total investment in the project amounted to ₽2,5 billion. Holding "Construction Alliance" has already begun planning the fifth stage of the complex.

According to Interfax, four stages of digital industrial coworking have been put into operation. The project is being implemented as part of a large-scale plan to develop the industrial infrastructure of the region and has already created hundreds of jobs for local residents.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Moscow Region - Minister of Investments, Industry and Science of the region Yekaterina Zinovieva noted that the current complex provides entrepreneurs with fully equipped premises with all the necessary infrastructure, including electricity, water and the Internet. This approach allows you to reduce the launch time of a new production from two to three years to six months.

The fifth phase of the project is at the design stage. It is planned that construction will begin in the spring of 2025. The new facility will have an area of ​ ​ 65 thousand square meters. m, which will house ready-made production boxes of various formats - from 450 to 10,500 square meters. m. It is expected that after the commissioning of the fifth stage, at least 500 additional jobs will be created.

Artem Petrukhin, partner of the Construction Alliance holding, emphasized the high interest of the production business of the Moscow region in industrial real estate of the Light Industrial format. He also announced plans to develop additional infrastructure, including the construction of a hotel for the convenience of residents.^[1][2]]
