2020: Natalya Kasperskaya pledged to VTB the share in Infowatch

As it became known on October 12, 2020, the president of Infowatch Natalya Kasperskaya pledged VTB the share in the company. It is about 86.25% in InfoWatch Asset Management LLC which owns 99.98% of JSC InfoWatch — the main operating company Infowatch Group.

According to Interfax with reference to these systems SPARK-Interfax, the pledge agreement was signed with bank on October 2. The term of encumbrance of a share on it expires on September 8, 2026. Kasperskaya and also the press service of VTB refrained from comments at the request of news agency.

Other owners of InfoWatch Asset Management company are Timofey Musatov (10%) and RDIF the Investment Management — 4 LLC (3.75%). Musatov died in April, 2020 as a result of accident in Moscow. In the USRLE as of October 14, 2020 information on owners was not updated, it still appears the co-owner of InfoWatch Asset Management company.

This company possesses shares in several other firms, such as Fintekh-Forensika LLC, Atak Killer LLC and Tsezuriti LLC.

By October, 2020 Infowatch has 15 representations in Russia, the CIS, in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Earlier InfoWatch placed the debut bond issue of 400 million rubles at the Moscow Exchange and also registered the program of placements of bonds at the exchange for 5 billion rubles for up to 15 years. Thus, the first release of a bonded loan is small and will not cover requirement of the company for the loan capital, so, new bond issues are possible.

The purpose of bond issue is creation of public history of loan and attraction financing for the current activity. The raised funds will also go for substitution of short-term financing and maintenance of liquidity of the company during "a low season", earlier chief financial officer of InfoWatch group Vasily Kuzmenko explained.[1]
