History

2019: Sabris became the 100 percent founder

On January 22, 2019 it became known that, the Czech integrator of SAP solutions — Sabris — purchased the Ekaterinburg private company "Information Technologies and Services" (ITS). The purchased organization specializes in implementation, support and functional completion of software for business management on the SAP platform. Transaction amount and its parameters do not reveal.

The agreement on acquisition of 100% of shares in ITS was reached at the beginning of January, 2019. For January 22, 2019 the transaction is closed. Following the results the ITS completely carries over Sabris, having become its child structure. In USRLE base record that "the European JSC Sabris Holding of Xie (The Czech republic)" became the 100 percent founder of ITS LLC appeared on January 21, 2019. Up to this point as the only founder of ITS LLC Victor Shishlyaev — one of co-founders of the company acted.

Judging by USRLE base, officially the CEO's chair in ITS for Shishlyaev remained. Sabris specified that in reality it it will be necessary to direct the sold structure in the status of the chief executive.

Sabris believes that most likely the brand of ITS will stop the existence. The organization, according to preliminary data, will begin to hereinafter be referred to Sabris Ekaterinburg.

For January, 2019 it is not known of "purity" of the transaction (whether it has encumbrances, for example, in the form of third-party debts of ITS) and also concerning perspectives of expansion or reduction of the staff of the purchased company.

Sabris specifies that the transaction is directed to expansion of a service package, offered by the company to the international and Russian clients and also to strengthening of its positions as the supplier of a full range of services of SAP in Central and Eastern Europe.

This transaction corresponds to our strategy for expansion of influence in the fast-growing Russian market. It will help us to provide and to support implementation of the large-scale projects of SAP reflecting recent trends and based on such technologies as the industry 4.0, digital production and Internet of Things, especially in terms of our experience in the food and meat-processing industry. 2015

The company made the important technology breaks in the perspective plan connected with mastering of the SAP HANA tools as the platform for implementation of the corporate reporting and development of the integration solution for the organization of interaction SAP ERP with the systems of exchange of legally significant documents and the systems of the class EDI.

Essential attention in 2015 was paid to advanced training of personnel. In October, 2015 three more specialists of the company passed certification examinations. As a result, at the moment consultants and developers of Informatsionnye tekhnologii i servisy LLC have in total 18 certificates according to SAP solutions.

At the end of year we fulfilled all qualification requirements for certification as SAP Service Partner with authorizations in two functional directions:

• SAP AiO Service Authorization (SAP ERP All-in-One)
• SAP Analytics Service Authorization ( SAP BI ).

The "Information Technologies and Services" company in 2015 continued development of competences in development and deployment of information systems with the open code. Projects c were implemented by use DBMS PostgreSQL and Pentaho CE:

• Functional development of a BI system of Avtoplus Group
• Implementation of elements of the energy industry analytical GIS system
• Development standard the BI solution for telecom operators.

Since 2009 company "IT of Energo-Consult" replaced the name with "Information technologies and services"
