We were interested in cooperation with Formula IT due to the fact that we often face the need to refine and bring to the market current IT products for our online aggregator of electronic gift cards from different retailers. In particular, we are now developing solutions in the field of motivation and remuneration. With the help of program participants, we want to launch several test developments for the client in one of the areas - employee motivation, sales chain motivation or expanding the reward catalog in existing loyalty programs. As a result of interaction, we plan to get specific solutions or invite high-class specialists to our team, "said Dmitry Tsivilev, founder and director of Giftery.

Behavioral and sociometric research in the field of separate collection of renewable resources, the applied applicability of machine learning technologies, the possibility of piloting a number of projects in state corporations are especially relevant for us. According to Innopraktiki, almost 80% of the participants in the Formula IT program are from the central federal district, 20% are from the regions. Therefore, one of the important selection criteria for the accelerator was the consent of the participants to continue face-to-face work with metropolitan customers and trackers. The organizers are expanding business partnerships to work with participants in the regions.

By the end of August, participants will be divided into teams, each of which will include engineers and specialists in the field of business and administration, in order to work comprehensively on the task of a particular customer. With the program tracker, teams will be able to identify their plans and agree on expected results with industrial partners in Q4 2019.

According to Alexander Veresov, advisor to the executive director of the Innopraktika non-state development institute, Formula IT's strong point is its approach to the development of projects "from the market to technological competencies."

In my opinion, the special value of the program lies in the participation of companies with deep industry expertise and a request for new solutions, as well as entrepreneurs with experience in developing startups in a sustainable business. For Innopraktika, it is important to develop national human capital through the transformation of knowledge and skills into economic growth and benefit to society. Therefore, the development of entrepreneurship from the university environment is one of the key areas of our support, "Alexander emphasized.

When launching the program, we took into account our many years of experience in preparing entrepreneurs for transactions with investors, the experience of the Moscow State University Science Park and took into account the requests of companies that are already working on the market. The structure of the program made it possible to get not business illusions, but specific business partners with urgent tasks, - said Ekaterina Yeliseyeva, program manager, project director of LOGA Group.
