Innopraktika is a non-state development institution implementing projects aimed at growing the national human capital, including through the development of structures and mechanisms of the innovative economy. The company has been operating since 2012 and unites the Center for the National Intellectual Reserve of Moscow State University and the National Intellectual Development Foundation for Supporting the Scientific and Design Activities of Students, Graduate Students and Young Scientists. According to Innopraktiki, almost 80% of the participants in the Formula IT program are from the central federal district, 20% are from the regions. The organizers are expanding business partnerships to work with participants in the regions.

By the end of August, participants will be divided into teams, each of which will include engineers and specialists in the field of business and administration, in order to work comprehensively on the task of a particular customer. With the program tracker, teams will be able to identify their plans and agree on expected results with industrial partners in Q4 2019.
