Innosoft (LLC) — developer and the owner of Yorso web service, the resident of the Innopolis SEZ (Republic of Tatarstan).

Yorso is a B2B-marketplace which specializes in the international wholesale sales of fish and seafood using modern methods of automation. It is based by Anton Trantin and Dmitry Maksimenko in 2013. Yorso has a wide geographical coverage, clients from Russia, Morocco, Mauritania, Ecuador, China and Thailand use service. The platform developed taking into account specifics of the market of fish and seafood allows to lay off the number of intermediaries: it positively influences both the speed of the conclusion of transactions, and the final price of goods.

Offices of the company are located in the territory of Russia and Estonia. In staff of the company — 15 people.

History

2020: Attraction of additional investments by Yorso service

Two graduates of the 1st batch of a joint accelerator of Sberbank and 500 Startups — Passteam and YORSO company — attracted additional investments. Transactions of steel second and third converting of a share of Sberbank in a share on convertible loans, the issued startups of the first wave of an accelerator. 2018

Purchase of a share of "Innosoft" by Pulsar Venture fund

The international venture fund of early stages Pulsar Venture Capital announced on June 15, 2018 acquisition of a share in the resident of the SEZ "Innopolis" — Innosoft LLC, the developer and the owner of Yorso web service. The project was estimated at $2 million.

Yorso is an online service for wholesale business which works for the market of fish and seafood. The international competences Pulsar VC and access to new strategic partners for development in the markets of the EU, the USA and Southeast Asia are of interest to Yorso.

Yorso is the platform solution allowing to increase efficiency of logistic and trading businesses in the different industries. We see advantages of a product over competitors and an ambitious team of professionals. Are sure that within partnership we will be able to develop the company and to enter global market — the head of Pulsar VC fund Pavel Korolyov commented on the transaction.

Is going to send the raised funds of "Innosoft" to completion of a product, marketing and development of sales department. Besides, the plans of the company are expansion of a field of activity on other segments of the B2B-market. Negotiations on use by future partners of a technology platform of Yorso for flower, meat and vegetable businesses are already conducted.

The first partner of Yorso in Europe

Since April, 2018 the company began expansion of the sphere of activity in the market of the European Union. The conclusion of large infrastructure partnership with Catalan producer of a tuna Frime which became the first European partner and the supplier of Yorso became the first important result.

2017: A pilot project on a blockchain document flow

For increase in trust from partners in September, 2017 was on the Yorso platform the blockchain document flow for implementation of the international transactions and tracking of supply chains of products was started a pilot project.

2013: Creation of Yorso service
