Interkos-IV

History

• The Interkos-IV Ltd company is founded in 1992 as the enterprise specializing in the development areas and productions of stamps and compression molds for automotive industry.
• In the 90th years the machine-building industry of Russia had deficiency of producers of the large-size equipment for automotive industry. Interkos-IV became one of the first enterprises in Russia providing services in the field.
• During the period from 1992 to 2000 all main car makers of Russia became customers of Interkos-IV practically: GAZ, VAZ, ZIL, MAZ, KAMAZ, AZLK, UAZ and others. Besides, the Interkos-IV company became the supplier of world leaders of automotive industry, such as Volkswagen and Ford.
• In 2002 the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) became the shareholder of Interkos-IV company. The list of clients of Interkos-IV during the period from 2003 to 2004 was replenished with large producers of home appliances, among them: ROLSEN, ELECTROLUX, B/S/H.
• In 2005-2006 the company actively worked in the field of production of large-size stamps for hot stamping, including was engaged in production of hot stamps for molding of titanic parts of the Boeing airplane – the maximum weight of stamps was up to 70 tons.
• In 2007 the company entered the structure of JSC MMK (Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works OJSC).
• In 2010 on the new platform Interkos-IV the modern service metalcenter (SMTs) was constructed and the hi-tech equipment on metal processing is installed. In the spring of 2011 on the new areas of the company section of small stamping was started.
• During 2007-2013 the Interkos-IV company became the supplier of companies Renault, Kirchhoff, LG, Tenneco, Magna Cosma, Avto Sollers, Ford, NISSAN, Faurecia, Ariston and others.
