History

2023

Cooperation Agreement with RCR

On October 18, 2023, representatives of Rosatom State Corporation announced that, represented by RuSat - Digital Solutions (RCR LLC) and the country office in Belarus (RuSat Bel LLC), the company had entered into an agreement with one of the oldest Belarusian IT companies - International Business Alliance CJSC (MDA CJSC) on the implementation of joint digitalization projects based on digital products and Rosatom solutions.

As reported, the corresponding trilateral agreement was signed in Minsk by the general director of RCR Alexander Vibe, the director of Rusat Bel Stanislav Levitsky and the general director of MDA Dmitry Konevtsev.

The goal of the partnership is to develop industrial cooperation between industrial enterprises of Belarus and the Russian nuclear industry within the framework of digitalization tasks, including import substitution of industrial software and the development of digital technological sovereignty of the Union State. The priority direction of cooperation is the active entry of Rosatom's digital products into the Belarusian market and ensuring the availability of industry experience in digitalization for Belarusian high-tech enterprises.

Among the digital solutions of Rosatom in demand by industrialists is the import-independent RPA platform Atom.RITA, which is designed to develop and manage software robots and allows you to automate business processes by simulating user actions in web applications and programs installed on workstations. The implementation of Atom.RITA optimizes the economic effect of automating business processes and eliminates human errors in the performance of monotonous tasks.

The agreements are an important step in systemic cooperation in the digital sphere: in June 2023, an agreement was concluded on standardization in the field of information modeling technologies.

The signed agreement is the logical development of horizontal ties between the players of the digital market of both countries. The agreements provide for the distribution of Russian solutions in the backbone industries of Belarus: the RCR and RuSat Bel will ensure the entry of our solutions into the Belarusian market, and the competencies of the International Business Alliance will help the industrialists of Belarus, who used foreign software in their work, to master Russian digital products in a short time.

told Alexander Vibe, General Director of Rusatom - Digital Solutions LLC

The agreement is based on the interest of the Russian and Belarusian parties in close cooperation in the field of industrial digitalization. The state corporation has the competencies of creating digital products for industry, the IT industry of Belarus has experience in implementing digital projects.

We expect that the agreement will unite our strengths and optimize the pace of introduction of digital products independent of Western vendors into Belarusian production. This will be a positive example of "digital" cooperation between companies of the Union State.

Russian-Belarusian cooperation in the field of industrial digitalization involves, among other things, the exchange of sovereign technologies, as well as the creation of modern import-independent digital solutions for the effective development of the economy of the two countries.
