Interregional BTI

The purpose of the Interregional BTI is to ensure the implementation of the powers of the Oryol region in the field of state cadastral assessment of real estate objects provided for by federal laws, regulatory legal acts of the Oryol region; storage and use of technical passports, evaluation and other information stored in bodies and organizations on state technical accounting and (or) technical inventory of accounting and technical documentation and information contained in them. The institution has divisions in all districts of the Oryol region, including the largest branch in the city of Orel.

History

2017: Reorganization into the "Interregional Bureau of Technical Inventory"

By order of the Government of the Oryol Region dated November 28, 2017 No. 491-r, the State Unitary Enterprise of the Oryol Region "Interregional Bureau of Technical Inventory" was reorganized into the Budget Institution of the Oryol Region "Interregional Bureau of Technical Inventory." The founder is the Department of State Property and Land Relations of the Oryol Region.

2011: Kobets Alexander Leonidovich appointed CEO

By order of the Government of the Oryol Region No. 68 of December 1, 2011, Alexander Leonidovich Kobets was appointed General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Oryol Region "Interregional Bureau of Technical Inventory."

1996: Creation

The enterprise has been operating since 1996 (created by decree of the Head of the Administration of the Oryol Region No. 213 of 09.04.1996), and since it is the successor of the abolished Regional Committee for Property Assessment and Technical Inventory (BTI) of the cities of Livna, Mtsensk and the regions of the region, the calculation of the term of activity should be carried out since 1946.

State Unitary Enterprise "Oryol Center" Real Estate "was registered by the Property Fund of Orel on April 30, 1996. Registration Certificate No. 117 series C, registration number 1025700826722. The founder was the Department of Property, Industry and Informatization of the Oryol Region.

The company was created in order to meet public needs in the preparation of technical, accounting, assessment, land management documentation for households, buildings, structures, premises, the formation of an information bank of data on the presence, composition, ownership of real estate of all forms of ownership in the Oryol region, the formation of storage of accounting and assessment information and title documentation.
