Ipsos Comcon is the agency of marketing researches, largest in Russia, specializing only in ad hoc researches. The company began the activity in Russia in 1997.
History
In 2002 Ipsos comes to Russia as a result of acquisition of the F-Squared Market Research and Consulting research company formed in 1997 by Michael Fodor and Shane Farrell.
In October, 2011 Ipsos announced a successful completion of the transaction on acquisition of Synovate company. The cost of purchase was 525 million pounds sterling. As a result in the market the third largest research company numbering 16.000 employees and provided in 82 countries of the world was formed.
In 2005 the British agency MORI was purchased by Ipsos company for £88 million. The united company began to be called Ipsos MORI.{{cite web [1]
In 1946 Mark Abrams created the agency of marketing researches of RSL which continued the activity up to 1991 when it was absorbed by Ipsos company.
