The new plant is located on the site of the Gabievsky production cluster and shares the raw material base with the already operating enterprises of the Atomstroykompleks holding for the production of lime and high-grade cement. Boris Ovechkin stressed that thanks to the winning location of the new enterprise near the federal highway M-5 the company will soon enter the markets of the Chelyabinsk region, Bashkiria and Tatarstan.
