2021: Completion of the deal to purchase 100% of Itella Logistics Moscow assets by Tablogix

Tablogix Logistics Group announces the successful completion of the transaction for the purchase of 100% of the warehouse business in the Moscow region, as well as the transport business of Itella Logistics, which is part of the Finnish postal and logistics services company Posti. The transaction was accompanied by Norte Capital, the international consulting company Cushman & Wakefield acted as a consultant to the transaction, the Bank provided debt financing ДОМ.РФ.

As a result of the transaction, Tablogix acquired Moscow facilities of Itella LLC (part of the Itella Logistics transport and logistics company) with a total area of ​ ​ more than 180,000 square meters. m These include warehouses in Krekshin (60,000 sq. M), Odintsovo (40,000 sq. M) and Khimki (80,000 sq. M). In 2020, Tablogix warehouse operations accounted for over 200,000 square meters. m of leased and client space in the Moscow region. As a result of the acquisition of the assets of LLC Itella, the total storage space of the combined company will be about 400,000 square meters. m., which makes Tablogix the second player in the Russian warehouse real estate market.
