2026: "Take-off" bought 24.5% of the Izhevsk Aviation Plant from the general director of Kalashnikov

In early February 2026, it became known that Vzleto JSC acquired a 24.5 percent stake in the Izhevsk Aviation Plant (IAZ LLC), which specializes in the development, design and production of unmanned aircraft systems (ALS) of the aircraft type. One of the IAZ developments is the Skat 350M drone, designed for aerial reconnaissance, surveillance and monitoring of objects in difficult weather conditions. This apparatus provides a detailed visual range from which photographic plans of the area (orthophotals) and reports for operation services are formed.[1]
