JSC "Proton" — Perm Motors makes along with propulsion systems for carrier rockets JSC "Proton", parts and nodes of rocket RD-191 engines for new family of the carrier rockets "Angara". Besides, as the conversion program production of components of the 2.5 — 6 MW gas turbine power stations Ural, their assembly and testing is adjusted. Production capacities are increased, new, more progressive technologies are implemented. About 4.4 thousand people work at the enterprise.

Brought automatic interplanetary stations of the series "Moon", "Venus", "Mars", "Vega", "Phobos" to interplanetary trajectories, started the piloted Salute and World space stations, the main modules of the International Space Station.
