KMG Kashagan of B.V.

Main objective of activity of "KMG Kashagan of B.V." is management of the Kazakhstan share in the Production sharing agreement across the Northern Caspian Sea of November 18, 1997 (further the Production Sharing Agreement).

The Production Sharing Agreement is concluded between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and consortium which participants are: Adzhip Kaspian Xi B.V., Inpeks Nort Kaspian Si LTD, KMG Kashagan of B.V., KNNK Kazakhstan of B.V., Total Eip Kazakhstan, Shell Kazakhstan Development B.V. and Eksonmobil Kazakhstan INK.

Priority tasks of "KMG Kashagan of B.V." in the Production Sharing Agreement:

• gain of a role of the company in all types of activity performed within the Production Sharing Agreement with a sustainable development goal of competence "KMG Kashagan of B.V." and its personnel potential;
• formation of "KMG Kashagan of B.V." as the company of a world class for the purpose of independent implementation of krupnykhproyekt on mastering of fields.
