By Kalitvinsky Meat Processing Plant LLC it is put in operation in March, 2005.
Planned production capacity of plant – 33000 tons of finished goods a year. The enterprise is estimated by experts as one of the most modern in Russia. All labor-intensive processes on production are most mechanized. The workshop of slaughter, cutting and processing of broilers is equipped with the newest hi-tech equipment of production of the Netherlands with a performance of 4500 heads per hour. The technology of airborne cooling of carcasses of broilers at slaughter of a bird is implemented.
The Kalitvinsky meat processing plant constantly increases production volumes and expands the range of the made products. Now the plant produces more than 2400 tons of finished goods a month.
The Kalitvinsky meat processing plant makes the frozen and deep-frozen products in assortment:
- carcasses of broilers;
* natural semi-finished products (a shin, a hip, a wing, fillet, etc. on a substrate);
* offal (liver, stomach, heart);
* necks, legs, heads.
Since September, 2008 the plant makes cooled products in assortment:
- carcasses of broilers;
* natural semi-finished products (a shin, a hip, a wing, fillet, etc. on a substrate).
Sale of products of plant is performed through representative offices of TD Optifud LLC in the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, in the Rostov region, etc.
The consumption level Russians of chicken meat lags behind the standards adopted in the world. Per capita in Russia about 11 kg are necessary. in a year, and it is required 4 times more.
