2019: Criminal case against the head of the Moscow office

In October, 2019 took criminal case concerning the ex-head of capital office of Kama Horizon bank Darya Yuzhakova accused of plunder more than 420 million rubles to court.

According to the investigation, it for the benefit of itself and the owner of bank Sergey Vostrikov fleeing to the USA misled clients - issued to investors agreements and cash documents, but did not enter the received cash to cash desk. Yuzhakova was extradited from Europe, and Vostrikov remains in the USA. The prosecutor's office went in the simple way and accuses one Yuzhakova.

2016: Revocation of license

In November, 2016 the Central Bank of the Russian Federation revoked the license and entered temporary administration in Kama Horizon bank. The bank was noticed in "laundering" of income and besides involved in carrying out doubtful transit transactions.

On the website of the regulator it is noted that the administration of credit institution violated requirements of the Bank of Russia about sufficiency of equity. The management and owners did not take effective and sufficient measures for normalization of its activity. Now the Central Bank entered temporary administration in Kama Horizon bank.

Payments to bank depositors "The Kama horizon" will begin no later than November 17. For operational reception of applications of citizens and the fastest payments of compensations to them on deposits of DIA it intends to use agent banks which will be selected on a competitive basis no later than November 10.
