2025: Resort construction for ₽26,1 billion
In the Laishevsky district of Tatarstan, the development of project documentation began for the construction of the tourist territory "East Laishevo," including the resort "Kazan Marina." The implementation of the project will create 2 thousand jobs in the tourism sector and related industries. The planned tourist flow will be 620 thousand guests per year, which will significantly increase the tourist attractiveness of the region and budget revenues.
All resort facilities are planned to be commissioned in 2028 according to the approved project schedule. Construction will be carried out in stages taking into account the readiness of engineering and transport infrastructure.
