2025: Agreement with Innostage to Train IT and Information Security Professionals

Kazan State Energy University (KGEU) and cyber resistance provider Innostage have entered into a cooperation agreement. It is aimed at training qualified personnel in the field of IT and information security, as well as increasing the cyber stability of the fuel and energy complex (fuel and energy complex) of the Russian Federation . The parties plan to develop cooperation in the field of preparation IT- personnel and support of student projects. The ultimate goal of the project is to increase the level of IT security of the fuel and energy complex both at the level of the region and the country as a whole. To achieve it, it is planned to provide students with practical experience and conditions for professional growth, as well as increase the competence of regional organizations in the field of IT and information security. The result of the cooperation will be the development of specialized educational programs for the fuel and energy complex industry and the creation of an educational center on the basis of the university for the training and retraining of personnel in the field of cyber resistance.

Agreement with Rosatom for training personnel for nuclear power

On October 12, 2022 Rosatom , he announced that Kazansky state power the University (KGEU) would train specialists for him in the use of the Russian information systems for design and mathematical modeling. The corresponding agreement was signed by the general director of the state corporation Alexey Likhachev and the rector of KGEU Edward Abdullazyanov.

The parties will cooperate within the framework of educational programs on mathematical modeling. In particular, it is planned to train specialists in the interests of staffing Rosatom enterprises, organize project work of students in the framework of writing course, diploma and dissertation works using digital technologies and products of the Corporation. The parties to the agreement intend to form a reserve of the best graduates for employment at Rosatom enterprises. The Corporation will create opportunities for internships and industrial practice for future professionals in the field of CAE systems.

Thus, KGEU becomes one of the key platforms for educational activities aimed at forming a personnel reserve nuclear industry with competencies for the use and development of the Russian industrial software () ON CAE-class in real production processes.
