2022: Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation: For 3 years, American scientists tested dangerous drugs on psychboles in Kharkov

On April 14, 2022, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that American scientists had been testing dangerous drugs for psychboles in Kharkov for three years. Persons with mental disorders were selected for experiments taking into account their age, immune status and nationality.

During a special operation in Ukraine, it was established that between 2019 and 2021, American scientists from a laboratory in Merefa (Kharkov region) conducted tests of potentially dangerous biologics on patients of the regional clinical psychiatric hospital No. 3 in Kharkov - said the head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection troops (RKhBZ) of the RF Armed Forces Igor Kirillov at a briefing on the results of analysis of documents related to US military-biological activities in Ukraine.

On April 14, 2022, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that American scientists had been testing dangerous drugs for psychboles in Kharkov for three years.

According to him, the result of round-the-clock monitoring of the condition of patients was taken into account on special forms. Information was not entered into the hospital database, since the staff of the institution gave a non-disclosure subscription, Kirillov added.

He also noted that in January 2022, the laboratory's activities in Meref were stopped, all drugs and equipment were taken to the west of Ukraine.

There are testimonies from a number of witnesses to these inhumane experiments, the names of which we cannot disclose in the interests of ensuring their safety, said the head of the Russian troops of the RKHBZ.

At the end of March 2022, the Russian military department showed a map confirming the presence of military biological laboratories in Ukraine. According to Igor Kirillov, 30 biological laboratories in 14 settlements were located in the country, they "were involved in full-scale military-biological activities."

According to the Ministry of Defense, tissue and blood serum samples of people, as well as dangerous pathogens and their carriers, were exported from Ukrainian laboratories abroad. Among the recipients, the agency named the Lugar Center in Georgia, the Leffler Institute in Germany and reference laboratories in the UK.^[1]
