2025: Resort Construction

The government of the Tula region, together with Туризм.РФ Corporation JSC, is developing a master plan for the development of the tourist territory Konduki, which provides for the construction of an eco-resort with an investment volume of more than ₽13 billion. It is planned that by 2030 the complex will be visited by up to 570 thousand people annually. This became known in May 2025.

The territory of the future resort is conditionally divided into three clusters: northwest, central and northeast. As the first stage of development, the northeast cluster was identified as the most promising in terms of proximity to engineering infrastructure and ROI.

As part of the development of the northeastern cluster, the Uzlovsky district municipality entered into a lease agreement with Glamping Club Expedition-Konduki LLC to implement a project to organize glamping. The project provides for the installation of 55 modular non-capital accommodation facilities.

In December 2024, Bank Дом.РФ approved a loan to an investor for the implementation of this glamping project. The first stage of construction is planned to be completed by the end of 2025.

The glamping complex will include restaurant an author's kitchen, a bath complex and a retreat center. It will be intended not only for recreation, but also for holding business meetings, corporate events and trainings.

The project to create a year-round eco-resort "Konduki" is being implemented on the territory of the natural complex "Romantsevsky Gory" in the village of Konduki near Uzlovaya. The area is known for its scenic landscapes formed on the site of former lignite quarries. Water bodies with turquoise water surrounded by terricons attract tourists from all over Russia.^[1]
