The project began with the purchase of grapes in the Krasnodar Territory. The winemaker continues to purchase wine materials in Dagestan, Anapa and the Don Valley. The farm has a small stainless steel tank farm and uses about 50 barricks, mainly from French oak, but there are Italian, Hungarian and Spanish barrels, clay amphorae, concrete egg. A year, the winery can produce 65,000 bottles of quiet wine and 3,000 bottles of sparkling wine made using the classic method. Two artists work at the winery, they decorate each bottle by hand.

Terroir

The Terek Valley is one of the oldest terroirs in Russia. More than a hundred years ago, at the mouth of the river were villages with gardens and vineyards. And today new vines are being laid here for a small but modern project. Terroir is characterized by a temperate - cool climate, softened by the proximity of the mountains. Winter is mild, summer is long, but not arid, cool. The rainfall is 550-750 mm per year. The average January temperature is + 3 С, and July + 25 С. An ideal zone for light white wines. Wines have perfect acidity and low alcohol. Soils are represented by chestnut carbonate and dark chestnut carbonate with calcium deposits and underlying rocks from shell. A vineyard has already been laid in the Terek Valley region. Grapes from other regions of Russia are also used for wine production

Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and autochthonous Transcaucasian Saperavi and Rkatsiteli, and from 2021 also Don autochthon Krasnostop Zolotovsky. In 2022, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Kokur were landed.
