DSK Krasnodar House-building plant

The Krasnodar House-building plant works at the market of construction and production of construction materials, performing functions of the Customer builder, the general contractor, DSK executes all amount of works from obtaining initial and allowing documentation before "turnkey delivery", and also provides implementation of the constructed objects.

The company is created in December, 1960. The basic principle of work of the Krasnodar DSK is high-quality accomplishment of obligations to clients and an exit to the leading positions in the market of standard housing construction in Krasnodar Krai. DSK creates standard panel (efficiency series), and panel and block (PBKR series) of the house.

The main activity – implementation of projects the house-keeper – a class, including apartment houses of the different construction, objects servicing and infrastructures. Already today the basic when choosing apartments by clients are consumer qualities of houses, the created conditions for accommodation and life. Therefore DSK purposefully, together with the project organizations, develops concepts of building of territories, creating the habitat which will meet needs of the person and in many years.

Apartments in panel and panel and block built houses surrender with complete finishing. In the company standards of finishing are developed, internal finishing of apartments – three-chambered double-glazed windows improves, the high-quality sanitary equipment is installed, the improved materials are applied to finishing: linoleum, wall-paper, radiators of heating, door and box veneered interline interval. When finishing entrance groups, lift halls, ladders modern beautiful and durable materials are used. Work on improvement of consumer characteristics of housing is conducted constantly.
