After the acquisition of Cariflex [a synthetic polyisoprene rubber business that can replace solid natural rubber] from Kraton last year, we successfully integrated this business into the DL Group, "said San Wu Kim, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DL Chemical. - We were also interested in Kraton's polymer and biochemistry business, so this deal will allow us to provide our customers with a wider range of innovative products, as well as to serve a wide range of end markets in more than 70 countries.
