History
2023: Sales growth to RUB 180 mln
KUBO, a resident of Skolkovo, completed work on expanding production, which led to a significant increase in sales. In 2023, it almost tripled compared to 2022 and amounted to about 180 million rubles. The company develops and manufactures a component base of modern mechatronic and robotic systems.
KUBO technologies are based on their own software packages, which make it possible to implement algorithms for calculating optimal electromagnetic systems of electric motors and sensors. Thanks to its own full-cycle machine park and patented production technologies, the company is able to offer competitive solutions at the global level and replace analogues such as TQ-Robodrive, Kollmorgen, Parker, Allied Motion, Wittenstein, MTI-Torque Systems, Tecnotion.
The development of a promising domestic component base for robotic, mechatronic, transport and other complex technical systems is one of the key innovative priority areas of the Skolkovo Foundation. Without the creation of domestic technologies and a component base for appropriate knowledge-intensive products, it is impossible to ensure technological sovereignty, independence and competitiveness of the state. KUBO products undoubtedly belong to knowledge-intensive promising products that ensure the competitiveness of Russia, - commented Yuri Mironov, senior project manager of the Skolkovo Foundation's advanced production technology cluster. |
Among the company's products can also be noted rotary angular position sensors with axial magnetic flux (inductosins) of the MF series. This development is intended for import substitution of sensors of the angular position of foreign manufacturers.
In 2023, we expanded the production of permanent magnet synchronous motors and induction angular position sensors. The company is aimed at further sustainable and systemic development, including through the promotion of traction electric drives of its own design, as well as the expansion of the existing product line for mobile and underwater robotics, unmanned systems, etc. High demand for KUBO products allows the company to confidently plan further revenue growth, "said Vladimir Kuznetsov, General Director of KUBO. |
KUBO servo amplifiers are designed to control synchronous electrical machines with permanent magnets, and can also be applied with imported and domestic element bases.
In addition, the company produces traction electric drives. The solution is designed for electric transport and replacement of asynchronous electric motors in industry. The innovation of the technology consists in the complex nature of the product and in the possibility of its application in the harsh conditions of operation of the Arctic zone.
