2025: Attracting ₽80 Million Investments

In March 2025, the Russian manufacturer of electric scooters "Kucher Eco Motor" announced the attraction of ₽80 million investments. Financing came as part of a seed round from a group of private investors, including telecom operator sim2m and former Urent chief operating officer Stanislav Uvarov. The company will direct the funds received to expand production and develop the line of electric vehicles.

According to RBC, the funds received will be used to launch mass production of electric scooters, finalize the mobile application for couriers and create a charging infrastructure. The company specializes in the development and production of electric scooters for courier services, and also creates the infrastructure for their maintenance, including a network of charging stations with removable batteries.

The company's waiting list has already registered more than 1,600 couriers who are ready to start using the service after its official launch on the market. This indicates a significant interest in products among potential users.

The model range of electric scooters "Kucher Eco Motor" is designed specifically for intensive urban operation. For six months, the equipment underwent comprehensive testing together with leading delivery services in Moscow. Based on the results of the tests, the company's engineers made significant changes to the design of the scooters: they strengthened the suspension elements, increased the protection of electronic components and adapted battery batteries for efficient operation in the winter.

The company has already started operating in Uzbekistan and is preparing to expand to other markets of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Outside of Russia, a partnership program with local companies is being worked out to create the necessary charging infrastructure and form fleets of electric vehicles.[1]
