History

2023: Agreement with Zyfra to develop professional educational programs

On September 15, 2023, Zyfra. Gorbachev State Technical University signed an agreement on the establishment and development of partnerships. The parties will combine educational, scientific and innovative potential. Dmitry Vladimirov, a member of the board of directors of the company, signed the contract from Zyfra Group of Companies, and rector Alexei Yakovlev from KuzSTU.

It is assumed that the leading specialists of the Zyfra Group of Companies will participate in the educational process at all stages: bachelor's, specialty, master's, graduate school, additional professional advanced training and professional retraining programs. They will be able to act as leaders and reviewers of final qualification works and will be involved in certification - as members of state examination commissions.

The parties agreed on the joint development of professional educational programs, as well as industry qualification requirements for specialists and professional standards. It is planned to organize practices for students on the basis of the Zyfra Group of Companies. Students will have the opportunity to get closer acquainted with the activities of the leader of the Russian industry digitalization market. In addition, prospects for the selection of specialists for their further employment are indicated. Career guidance activities were also noted as a format of joint activities: job fairs, career days, round tables, presentations.

Kuzbass State Technical University holds leadership positions in the training of engineering personnel for the coal industry of Russia, constantly improves educational content, develops new training formats. Within the framework of the agreement, it is planned to create a training room for operators of autonomous and remotely controlled equipment. The intention to use modern methods and innovative educational technologies is fixed.

Also, the Zyfras Group of Companies and KuzGTU plan to develop cooperation in the scientific, technical and technological sphere: interact with the world's leading scientific and educational centers and enterprises in areas of mutual interest, carry out research, development and experimental technological work together, prepare joint projects in international and Russian scientific funds, attract leading foreign scientists to conduct research and lecture. The possibility of opening a scientific center on the basis of KuzGTU is being considered.

Among the voiced formats of involvement of students, graduate students and young scientists in scientific and innovative activities are subject Olympiads, competitions, conferences.
