2025: RVB bought space in the Legion I business center

In the spring of 2025, RVB LLC, a combined company of the Wildberries marketplace and outdoor advertising operator Russ, acquired space in the Legion I business center located on Bolshaya Ordynka in Zamoskvorechye in central Moscow. The transaction value is estimated at 17 billion rubles.

Legion I is a seven-story Class A office building built in 2004. The center is within walking distance from the Tretyakovskaya and Polyanka metro stations. The total area of ​ ​ the object is about 60 thousand square meters. The building is equipped with high-speed elevators, fire-fighting automation, supply and exhaust ventilation and a central air conditioning system. On the fenced area with round-the-clock security and video surveillance there is a ground parking lot for 39 cars and an underground parking lot for 236 cars. Inside there are a bank branch, cafe, restaurant and grocery store. Within walking distance are objects of social and business infrastructure, as well as historical sights.

Business center "Legion I" in Moscow

Legion I, as noted by the Vedomosti newspaper, was built by Legion Development of the former owner of Rosgosstrakh, Danila Khachaturov. In 2018, the business center was transferred to the structures of Otkritie FC Bank (Otkritie Financial Corporation PJSC) as part of the Legion of Development bankruptcy procedure: then the facility was estimated at about 10 billion rubles. And in December 2022, the named corporation was annexed to the "BM Bank" of VTB Group.

Reportedly, RVB LLC acquired 47 thousand square meters of space in Legion I. The seller of the asset was BM-Bank. The newspaper Kommersant notes that the remaining premises, or almost 13 thousand square meters, are occupied by a metallurgical company in the business center. NLMK[1]
