2024: Founders of Evraz Alexander Abramov and Alexander Frolov sold Legis

The founders of Evraz, Alexander Abramov and Alexander Frolov, sold the construction company Legis. This became known at the end of August 2024. The deal affected the construction project of the Holiday House residential complex in the village of Sukko near Anapa.

The company LLC Specialized Developer Legis, which was engaged in this project, changed owners on August 16, 2024. The new owner is the Briarei closed mutual investment fund, managed by UKIF Profit.

A representative of Ava Group, one of the key construction companies in the Krasnodar Territory, confirmed the deal, but did not disclose the details of the sale. It is known that Ava Group, which owns facilities at the Rosa Khutor ski resort in Sochi, intends to expand its activities in other regions of Russia, including Moscow and the Moscow region.

The Holiday House project in Anapa has become promising for the construction market, which is actively developing due to the increase in demand for housing in resort towns.
