Creation in 1969. The Leningrad department of the Central research Institute of Technology (LO TSNITI) as the scientific and methodical center and parent organization for development and automation of group production at the enterprises of defense industry it was caused by special interest of the enterprises of the region in reduction of terms and costs for mastering and release of new products.

Since the beginning of the 2000th years LO TSNITI changes a form of business, having transformed from the state rent enterprise to LO TSNITI Ltd. Having saved the traditions created for years of existence LO TSNITI and today is one of the leading Russian developers and suppliers of software products for engineering enterprises.

LO TSNITI is:

• Official distributor of the CAM systems of ESPRIT and Tekhtran, reseller of software products of Cimco Integration and ASCON company;
• The system developer of monitoring of the equipment with numerical control;
• More than 1000 clients;
• Regional representative office in the Ural Federal District - LO TsNITI-Ural LLC;
• The training center equipped with the most modern computer hardware.
