2024: Construction of a plant for the production of specialized medical and preventive nutrition in the Ryazan region for 1.8 billion rubles

The company "Leovit Nutrio" invested ₽1,8 billion in the creation of the production of specialized medical and preventive nutrition in the Ryazan region. By the end of December 2024, the plant was built, its launch is scheduled for early 2025, and reaching full production capacity by the middle of 2026.

According to Medvestnik, the company will specialize in the production of therapeutic enteral nutrition. The production capacity of the plant will be 11 million liters of products per year, which will significantly increase the company's production volumes.

Currently, the company has a production site in Moscow, where more than 2 thousand tons of specialized food are produced annually. According to the company, the Russian market for specialized medical nutrition depends on imports by 96%, and its capacity is estimated at ₽30 billion.

According to SPARK, LLC Leovit Nutrio was founded in 1999 in Moscow. The company is 90% owned by Doctor of Medical Sciences Tatyana Pilat, the remaining 10% - by Karina Pilat. In 2023, the company's revenue exceeded ₽1,1 billion, and net profit amounted to ₽93,97 million.

The creation of a new production will significantly reduce Russia's dependence on imports in the segment of specialized medical nutrition. The project includes the purchase and conversion of production facilities for the production of modern enteral food products that meet international quality standards.

The new enterprise will become one of the largest producers of this type of product in Russia and will make a significant contribution to the development of import substitution in the medical industry.

The implementation of the project will also contribute to the creation of new jobs in the region and an increase in tax revenues to the budget of the Ryazan region.^[1]
