History

2021: Reorganization

In order to fulfill the strategy for the development of the electric grid complex of the Russian Federation, in October 2021, the power supply complex of LGEK JSC was transferred to the branch of Rosseti Center PJSC - Lipetskenergo, and a property lease agreement was signed with RVC Lipetsk LLC to implement a comprehensive project for the development of water supply and sanitation infrastructure in the city of Lipetsk.

For 2021, LGEK JSC operates in the field of heat supply, providing the following types of services:

• heat energy supply in the form of hot water and in the form of steam;
• transfer of thermal energy;
• hot water supply according to closed and open heat supply schemes;
• connection to the heat supply system.

2009: Transformation of the form of the Society

On October 19, 2009, the general meeting of the Company members decided to reorganize LLC LGEK in the form of transformation into OJSC LGEK. On December 31, 2009, an entry was made in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on the creation of the Lipetsk City Energy Company Open Joint Stock Company, and on February 11, 2015, LGEK OJSC was transformed into LGEK JSC.

2004: Establishment and commencement of activities

Lipetsk City Energy Company was established on May 21, 2004. The founders were MUP Lipetskvodokanal, MUP Lipetskteploset, MUP Gorelektroset and PJSC NLMK. The beginning of activities on power supply - 01.09.2004, heat supply - 01.10.2004, water supply and water disposal - 01.12.2004.
