JSC LITKOM LDV was organized in 1992.

CJSC "Rubtsovsky Foundry Complex LDV" began its reckoning in 1992 on the basis of the iron foundry and was originally called OJSC Litkom (1992-2001), already in 1995 mass production of furnace cast iron devices began: furnace, basement, cleaning doors, slabs, gate valves and bars, production of a new series of furnace doors with a universal pattern and a latch, which allow to install the door both with opening to the right side and to the left. 2008 the company enters the international market. In 2009, a new section for the production of art and decorative casting is launched; A quality management system was successfully introduced in accordance with MS ISO 9001:2008, adjustments were made to the organization's development strategy: a program for replacing imported goods with domestic products began to work.
